The 7th Annual NHMC Alumni Association get together ‘UMANG 2011′ is being organised on 18th Dec 2011 at NHMC lawns, Defence Colony, New Delhi. This year saw NHMC Alumni Association as a promoter of the recently concluded 66th International conference of LIGA Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis.

No institution can survive unless it gets the full support and patronage from government and governmental agencies. Well, it also depends on the team and people associated with these agencies. We have seen downfall of homeopathy in US around 1910 due to improperly represented report of a University. In contrast, we have seen Royal Family support for homeopathy in UK. And, now, a lobby in UK strongly against it, and trying to ban all support in the NHS, UK
Support to economically weaker students of homeopathy
Today, I learned that a senior faculty in Nehru Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital, New Delhi (NHMC) wonderfully supported an economically weaker student for pursuing her education in homeopathy (BHMS).
Homeopathic Kumbh Mela in New Delhi
First of all, I want to congratulate all the team members of AIIMGA for uniting all practitioners of different alternative systems of treatment in India. Organising the Dhanwantri Day Celebration symbolically represents a Kumbh where all the doctors from different systems gather and share their experiences to remove the sufferings of the mankind.
