Parenting (or child rearing) is the process of promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of a child from infancy to adulthood. I am highlighting here 5 parenting blogs in India or I can say these are best parenting websites in India.

Priya Sachan is the founder and editor at ShishuWorld, but first and foremost she is the mother to her 2 years old daughter Aanya. After working for over a decade in the software industry with top Indian and International companies, she decided to call it adieu to pursue motherhood. ShishuWorld was born as she struggled to find information while bringing up her little daughter alone away from family and elders. She says that her daughter is the inspiration behind ShishuWorld.

TheMomViews.com is for every woman who is striving to be the best mother she can be for her little ones and rediscovering her own identity in the process.

TheMomViews.com is started by Swapna. She is a Work-At-Home Mom to an angel called Samaira. Swapna belongs to god’s own country Kerala but she was born and brought up in Delhi and now stay in the bustling metropolis of Gurgaon.

This blog chronicles parenting tips, product reviews, fun activities for kids, birthday party, decor ideas and interesting tidbits for parents. From a fledgling blog it has now become a work-from-home career for Swapna.

3. Bumps n Baby (Created on 2012-09-18)

At Bumps n Baby, regular updates on baby, mom care, baby food recipes, product reviews, fitness, diet, nutrition, working mom concerns and everything related to parenting are published. As the tag line goes ‘ A to Z of motherhood and everything associated’.

Bumps n Baby is the medium to reach out to all the parents worldwide and help them simplify their parenting phase.

Bumps n Baby was created by Sangeetha Menon, a loving wife to Rajnish and mom to Anshika. A software engineer by education, she found her passion for blogging when motherhood came calling. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, she quit the job as a Business Technologist to be a full time blogger at Bumps n Baby.

4. Mum Sphere (Created on 2012-10-08)

Mum Sphere is created by Vandana. Vandana left the corporate world behind, became a certified home stager & took this time to explore things she would love to do with her little daughter.
